Totalis
Consulting Group (Totalis) is a consulting and
a support services company providing integrated decision and
manpower support to our customers. Totalis started
in 1997 with supply chain automation and information technology
solutions
for the manufacturing and distribution industries. Since 2001,
we have expanded in to the federal market providing enterprise
solutions to today’s knowledge workers. More recently, Totalis has added several practices including logistics, engineering
and people solutions.
Through our consulting, advisory and assistance services, logistics
and engineering expertise, and enterprise-driven methodologies,
we offer relevant solutions for
today’s dynamic environment. Totalis has a balanced mix of commercial and
government business. Totalis solutions have one focus at
core – our
customer-focus. Totalis delivers solutions aimed at reducing total ownership
costs: enterprise solutions focused on informatics, organizational development
(people), logistics & engineering, and procurement.
Totalis’ core management team is comprised of professionals
from federal,
telecommunications and engineering backgrounds – we have over 50 years
of combined experience in these disciplines. Our company philosophy -- enable
our customers to increase their return on investment by lowering the total cost
of ownership, while increasing productivity. Totalis management
has executed a number of medium to enterprise level projects giving us the experience
to bring the required resources to bear, efficiently managed from inception to
closure.
A partial list of our customers includes Warner Robins Air Logistics Center,
US Coast Guard, General Electric Industrial Systems and Blue Bird Body Company.

Sonny Yadav, Chief Executive Officer
Sonny Yadav is the CEO of the company with over fifteen years of
industry, business and customer relationship management experience. He is a former
employee of Intermec Corporation, a leading manufacturer of automated data collection
equipment like bar code scanners, radio frequency tags and wireless networks.
Sonny has a baccalaureate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Bucknell
University. He is certified by APICS (American Production and Inventory Control
Society) in production and inventory management (CPIM). Sonny has been consulting
Fortune 500 companies for the past ten years in the areas of business process
re-engineering, discrete manufacturing, supply chain solutions and warehouse
operations, to improve their operational efficiencies, while reducing manual
labor intensive tasks.
